Job Description
- Develop and manage digital advertising strategies to drive traffic and leads across various channels, including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets, bids, and performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
- Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, targeting, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness and drive incremental results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field (preferred).
- Proven understanding and experience in digital advertising, focusing on handling various digital marketing channels and analytics, including Meta, TikTok, Google, SEO/SEM, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
