Growth Marketing

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Executive/Manager to help us accelerate our growth and reach new markets. As the Growth Marketing Executive/Manager, you will develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. You will report directly to our Marketing Lead and work closely with the Marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns across all online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement
• Conduct research and analyze competitor activity to inform and improve our growth strategies
• Build and maintain targeted media and influencer lists to amplify our brand messaging and reach new markets
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including SEO content creation, content curation, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
• Establish key metrics to track and monitor marketing initiatives' performance

• 2-3 years of proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3 industry, or financial services
• Fluency in Web3 culture and terminology, including emojis, memes, and other digital communication tools
• Strong understanding of current trends and developments within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries
• Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English and the ability to work well in a team environment
