Investor Relations Specialist

We're in search of a highly motivated, detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager with a keen interest in Web3 cross-chain technologies. In this role, you'll work directly with the founder and collaborate closely with our BD, Marketing, and Product departments. You'll not only engage with top-tier investors, but also have an opportunity to delve into business development insights and play a pivotal role in driving XY Finance's growth and outreach in the financial realm.

Responsibilities

• Investor Engagement: Work closely with the founder in establishing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Communication Development: Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other communication materials, ensuring they reflect XY Finance's financial performance and business strategy.
• Record Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of investor interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, especially BD, Marketing, and Product, to align investor communications with the company's strategic objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct extensive research and analysis to spot trends and emerging issues relevant to XY Finance's investor relations activities. Monitor financial markets to provide real-time insights to the Investor Relations team.
• Event Organization: Coordinate investor events, including investor meetings, calls, and conferences.
• Report Compilation: Support the drafting of quarterly and annual reports, as well as tax documents and other mandatory disclosures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Promptly and professionally address inquiries from investors and other stakeholders.
• Special Projects: Handle any unique projects, additional tasks, or responsibilities as required.
• Help to drive product and customer experience improvements and continuously expand and deepen our relationships with current and prospective investors

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, as this role frequently involves interactions and meetings with international investors. A demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly is a must.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and securities regulations.
• Strong aptitude to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
