Product Manager

As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product, XY Finance, in facilitating the ultimate convenient experiences across various blockchains by providing cross-chain and omnichain services.

Your team's primary objective is to drive business outcomes by enhancing both our consumer-facing and business-oriented products while coordinating the diverse demands and timelines of our business partners.

The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, addressing conflicts among different stakeholders, and finding resolutions that align with our product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketers, and Business Development professionals within an agile work environment.
• Approach design with a growth-oriented mindset, balancing business objectives with superior user experiences.
• Manage requirements from various business partners.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management within internet products or the blockchain industry.
• Proficiency in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and employing data analysis techniques.
• Experience in product testing and validation methods, including A/B testing.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and designers.
