Product Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. User Growth & Optimization
   • Develop and execute strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
   • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to launch growth initiatives and evaluate their performance.
   • Create and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
   • Collect and analyze product usage and performance data.
   • Identify trends, user behaviors, and pain points to guide product improvements.
   • Partner with product managers to prioritize data-driven features and enhancements.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
   • Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, design, and customer success teams to align on goals and priorities.
   • Drive process improvements to strengthen communication and delivery across teams.
   • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and go-to-market strategies to ensure smooth product launches.
4. Content Creation
   • Develop clear and engaging content, including product documentation, FAQs, and training resources.
   • Work closely with the marketing team to create user-focused materials that highlight product value.
   • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in driving user growth strategies with measurable results.
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Experienced in Web3 data visualization tools such as Dune / Flipside
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, user-friendly content for various audiences.
• Familiarity with liquidity management principles and systems (fintech or crypto experience a plus)

Preferred Experience

• Background in product operations, product management, or growth marketing.
• Experience with growth-focused analytics or working in a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or other project management systems.
• Familiarity with financial systems, blockchain technology, or decentralized applications (DApps).
