Denise Mongiardo

Based at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Denise Mongiardo has been a realtor since 2006 and currently works in conjunction with Cheryl Hartley. She is a multi-million dollar producer that specializes in residential real estate, including new construction. She belongs to the National Association of Realtors and St. Johns County Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming a realtor, Denise Mongiardo spent 20 years as cardiovascular specialist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and completed additional studies at Santa Fe Community College to become a cardiovascular specialist. After graduating, she worked at Heart Labs of America.

Denise Mongiardo also served as a cardiovascular specialist at Munroe Regional Medical Center and Cardiology Associates of Gainesville, both in Florida. Throughout her career in medicine, she conducted ultrasounds of the heart and administered meds and oxygen during procedures. She enjoyed working with her patients and now enjoys working with her clients as a realtor. In her free time, she stays active through exercise and plays cards with her family.
