Dr. Steven Ripple is the owner and chief operator of Smile Stars Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, a provider of pediatric dentistry with locations in Baton Rouge and Prairieville, Louisiana. In this position, he treats patients and helps children manage anxiety regarding the dentist’s office. He also manages the Jeremiah mascot program, through which Smile Stars educates local children on the importance of strong oral hygiene. Since 1998, Dr. Steven Ripple has additionally functioned as the founder and owner of Crawfish Aquatics, a provider of free swimming lessons to inner city youth. The program has yielded more than 30 state titles and numerous scholarships for participants.
Dr. Ripple holds a bachelor of science in biological services from Louisiana State University (LSU). he was an athletic scholar and Most Valuable Player on the LSU Tiger football team. He received his medical degree from the LSU School of Dentistry and completed his pediatric dental residency program at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
