【關於 Coursera Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate 的 5+1 件事 】

1、那是什麼?

一個數位行銷與電子商務專業證書,由 #Coursera#Google 合作製作,良家出品,品質保證~

2、免費還是付費嗎?

電腦語言: IF ( 你 = Coursera 會員,"課程 = 免費" ,"課程 = NTD$690/mth" )

人類語言:沒買會員資格的話,課程是每個月新台幣六百九。

根據統計,大約要上6個月,也就是 $4,140。

好在這個具有社會責任的企業提供了 financial aid #獎助學金,只要用兩三百字說明清楚原因,通過審核,就直接免費讓你上課, #讓學習不被經濟能力阻擋

更重要的是,即使是透過獎助學金完成的課程,一樣會拿到證照。

當然,如果不在意證照、不想付錢、也不想花時間申請獎助學金,也可以選擇【旁聽 #audit】,不過旁聽不能參與考試,有些盲點可能會沒注意到。

至於全英文的原因要怎麼寫,就交給 Chat GPT 幫忙翻譯即可,準確度比 Google Translate 高一點點,重點是 #讓學習不被語言能力阻擋

如果真的不知道要怎麼下筆,網路上有各種影片、文章提供對方的狀況,也是可以參考在相同狀況下他們的寫法。只要真誠地說明原因即可,至少 Coursera 目前為止還沒退過我的件。

3、有教什麼?

Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate 涵蓋由業界專業人士和 Google 內部經驗豐富的指導員開發和教授的 #數位行銷 相關知識,包括 #SEO#社群媒體 行銷、 #內容行銷#數位廣告#策略分析等

一共有 7 套課程,分別是:

1、Foundations of #DigitalMarketing and #Ecommerce 數位行銷與 #電子商務 基礎

2、Attract and Engage Customers with Digital Marketing 客戶關注度與互動率

3、From Likes to Leads 從按讚到忠實粉絲

4、 #EmailMarketing #電子郵件行銷

5、 #MarketingAnalytics & #DataPulling #行銷分析 & #數據拉取

6、Build, Launch, and Manage E-commerce Stores 創建、開張、和電商管理

7、Develop Customer Loyalty Online 培養線上客戶忠誠度

雖然號稱『通過完成該課程,學習者能夠深入了解數位行銷原則、工具和策略。他們學習如何在線上有效推廣產品和服務、觸及目標受眾、優化行銷活動並透過數據分析來評估成效。』但實際成效如何,還是要看學習者自己能不能夠吸收並轉化成內在知識、善加利用。

4、一套課程要上多久?

每一套課程 Coursera 預估可能需要4週,每一週有4堂課、4xN個作業、4堂小考和1個複習考,每一堂課包含不定量的介紹文章、解說影片、 #案例分析#互動式內容,作業簡單的是心得分享,困難的要同時開好幾個檔案交叉分析案例。

整體而言不一定可以只花4週就完成,但只要有完成,都可以得到證書, #重點在於學到什麼不是學多久

5、功課跟考試怎麼做?

心得作業基本上就是在互動率低的內建社群分享對於該堂課程內容的心得,雖然沒人看,但在認真撰寫過程中,可以一併幫自己爬梳、轉化一遍剛學到的知識。

案例分析的作業有仔細的步驟教學,除了結論要自己下之外,其他都可以參考說明,寫完之後也有 Google 提供的官方結論,看看官方分析的觀點有什麼值得學習的部分。(圖例)

每個小考只有4題單複選題,複習考只有10題單複選題,但低於80分就要重考,一天最多考三次,機會用完就要等24個小時,由於每一題公佈答案後,都有提供簡略說明和該課堂的連結,利用等待的時間再聽一次也無仿。

6、 #經驗分享

目前只上到第二套課程,因此心得著重在這兩個。

第一套課程專業度上夠深入,提供許多後續課程需要的 #先備知識,但有一半左右的課程在分享如何找工作,這個分量已經可以獨立成另一套課程了。作業的部分也單純只是在互動率低的內建社群分享心得,完全不費力但相對費時,有點錯愕。

第二套就正式進入印象中的線上課程規劃,除了進度更快,有時候要重看以外,作業也要動腦分析撰寫,相較之下學到更多,目前很滿意!

就界面而言,有個對現代人不友善也有點不合理的缺點:身為龍頭公司,部分作業和 App 功能,居然無法做到 #手機友善,導致出門在外上課時,這些都要跳過,無法跳過的就變成進度卡關。

以上,希望這些資訊有助於想下班進修的人決定是否要花時間上這個課,畢竟網路上資源無限,更重要的是 #知道自己想學什麼、是否適合這種學習方式。

#數位人 需要了解關於 #GoogleDigitalGarage 的 5+1 件事 】

1、Google Digital Garage 是什麼?

直譯是【估狗數位車庫】!但其實是 for #基礎 數位技能的的線上學習平台,大多數課程是免費的,上完課還有證照可以曬一下。

2、有什麼課程?

從大分類來看有【Digital Marketing #數位行銷】、【Career development #職涯發展】、【Data 資料科學】三類。

課程從 2 小時內可以完成的一項知識,到光是影片就高達 50 小時的【從零開始 app 製作課】都有,可以說是任君挑選。

課程除了估狗自己製作的動畫解說影片以外,也有跟世界各地大學、線上學習平台合作的,例如:#Coursera、陽明交大等。

3、英文就是豆芽菜,看不懂啊~

別擔心,滑到最底下在分享上面(或附近)有國家及語言可以選擇,不過改成台灣之後,合作單位會少到剩下一個。

另一個方法是利用當紅 App #ChatGPT 的外掛程式 (Open AI Translator 之類的)把內容都自動翻譯成中文,一樣是可以學習的!

4、證照有什麼用?

證照可以很有用,也可以很沒用(廢話

最直接的功能是放在 #LinkedIn、#Cakeresume 個人網站或線上履歷上,讓審閱者知道你具備這些基礎知識,不用從頭教。

另外,這證照是有【代碼】的【#數位證照】,沒辦法偽造,把代碼輸入到 LinkedIn 的證照區,就可以讓人直接看到屬於你的那張證照,感覺很酷 owo

除了證照本身的意義,更重要的是透過不斷增加新的證照,可以以此證明你在工作之餘也有在持續精進。與其期待證照本身帶來的效果,不如專注在課程本身。

5、經驗分享:

目前關於 #數位行銷 #DigitalMarketing & #Ecommerce 有關的線上證照課程,我只有上過 Google Digital Garage 和 Coursera 的 Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce 兩個入門款。

在兩邊都上完後,雖然 Coursera 比較專業,但我反而比較喜歡車庫的教學。

究其原因,主要是 Coursera 將職涯發展相關內容打包放在同一課程中,例如:第一週介紹數位行銷和電子商務的職位,最後一週則著重教授求職技巧。儘管我希望可以跳過這部分內容並專注在核心知識上,但為了取得證照,還是要按部就班地完成並通過筆試,感覺有些浪費時間。

核心內容的部分, Digital Garage 的動畫清楚、簡單、明瞭、有趣,使用語言是絕對的白話文;Coursera 則是以真人錄影方式授課,每堂課一開始就充斥著專有名詞,而課程結束後還提供長達數頁的專有名詞PDF檔案。儘管這些對於向老闆匯報時很有用,但介紹方式真的很無聊。

但兩者都有的優點,就是把我東拼西湊從各處學到的 #知識系統化,有了起承轉合,更清楚每項工具之間的用途和差異,每項 #數據背後的故事和意義
