Jeffrey Mathis Charlotte

A Charlotte, North Carolina resident, Jeffrey "Jeff" Mathis has gained years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2004, Jeffrey Mathis has served as a managing partner at Crossroads Realty Group, which develops free-standing retail buildings, office buildings, and shopping centers. He is also a managing partner at Skyway Communities, LLC, which acquires and manages RV parks and campgrounds in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

Outside of these endeavors, he serves as a board member of Carolina Lube, LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, the largest franchise group of Take 5 Oil change operations in the United States. As an active board member, Jeff assists the company's operating partners with development issues in key markets and provides strategic guidance on acquisition and financing issues.

In past years, Jeff Mathis has served as a marketing principal at the Trammell Crow Company and Childress Klein Properties, located in Charlotte. While at Childress Klein Properties, Jeff was responsible for leasing all downtown and suburban office products and developing suburban buildings at LakePointe Office Park.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill and UNC Law School, Jeffrey Mathis practiced law at the Heron, Burchette, Ruckert, & Rothwell law firm for several years before starting his real estate career. . Away from work, he enjoys traveling and frequently performs charitable work as a volunteer in collaboration with organizations such as the Drapen I Havet and One Box for Ukraine.
