THE ROLE:As a Program Manager within AMD’s Substrates Strategy Team, you will drive the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of substrates capacity solutions that support technology roadmap for AMD’s cutting-edge products. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to meet cost, capability and capacity goals.THE PERSON:Strong Program Manager with background in semiconductor packaging industry experience leading capacity expansion programs.
