負責文件處理與歸檔,並透過參與專案與會議,學習公司策略與營運流程。
擔任電話與訪客接待第一線,學習商務溝通與關係維護,支援主管對外聯絡與內部協調。
管理與優化辦公環境與設備,培養資源規劃與執行能力。
執行行政採購與費用報支,學習成本管控與流程管理。
協助固定資產盤點與管理,理解公司資源配置與財務基礎。
籌辦公司各類活動(尾牙、慶生會、團康等),學習活動規劃與團隊凝聚力塑造。
支援部門專案與主管交辦任務,貼身學習主管視野與決策思維。
【Job Description】
Handle document processing and filing while learning company strategy and operational processes through project and meeting involvement.
Manage phone calls and visitor reception, learning business communication and relationship management to support supervisors in external and internal coordination.
Maintain and optimize office environment and equipment, developing resource planning and execution skills.
Conduct administrative procurement and expense reimbursement, learning cost control and process management.
Assist in fixed asset inventory and management, understanding resource allocation and financial foundations.
Organize company events (annual parties, birthday celebrations, team-building, etc.), learning event planning and team cohesion.
Support departmental projects and supervisor-assigned tasks, learning closely from supervisors’ perspectives and decision-making processes.
