我們正在尋找一位資深品牌／視覺設計師，主導美容電子儀器新品與 IP 聯名專案的端到端視覺落地執行。你將負責從品牌主視覺（Key Visual／KV）、量產包裝設計與製程對接，並把整套視覺系統延伸到電商、官網與廣告素材。此職位需要扎實的繁體中文排版能力、具備 OEM 與包裝量產的實作經驗，並能以流利英文與新加坡、香港、馬來西亞、印尼等跨區團隊協作。你需要同時能制定視覺方向，也能面對並管理真實世界的量產限制。工作內容（Key Responsibilities）1) 視覺方向制定（KV 與系統化設計） 制定新品與 IP 聯名的視覺方向，包括 KV、色彩系統、字體排版與版式框架確保視覺系統可延展並在包裝、數位與行銷渠道中保持一致提出 2–3 個設計方向，清楚說明邏輯與取捨（品牌一致性、可行性、量產風險、成本、時程） 2) 包裝設計與量產對接（OEM 至量產） 設計包裝版面並產出可量產交付檔（刀模套版、出血／安全邊、印刷規格）建議材質與工藝選項，如霧膜／柔觸膜、燙金、局部 UV、壓凸／壓凹跟進打樣、校色、修訂與供應商溝通，確保設計可量產並符合品質要求規劃清晰資訊層級與合規可用版面（條碼、警語、規格、法規標示）與 OEM 夥伴密切合作，解決技術限制並降低量產風險 3) 官網／電商／廣告素材 設計 landing page、產品頁／模組、banner 與社群素材，符合品牌標準與轉換目標與行銷與產品團隊協作，確保跨市場一致性與投放效能 4) 跨區協作與品質控管 支援香港與海外設計需求，執行高品質繁體中文排版（字距、層級、可讀性）與區域設計師協作，維護視覺標準、檔案結構、命名規範與版本管理擔任品質把關角色，確保各市場與各類交付物的設計一致性 加分項（Nice-to-have）：3D／簡易渲染加速迭代 使用既有 3D 檔預覽包裝與產品視覺的材質、顏色與貼圖效果協助更快完成內部對齊（不要求從零建模） 條件要求（Requirements） 具備 5 年以上（或同等能力）品牌／產品視覺設計經驗，並有端到端上市落地經驗具備包裝量產實務經驗，包括 OEM 流程、印刷規格、打樣與供應商溝通繁體中文排版能力強，對層級、字距與可讀性有極高敏感度熟練使用 Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign 與 Figma，具良好檔案、素材與版本管理習慣能在資訊不完整或早期階段輸入下（如工程圖或 3D 檔）仍持續推進專案英文流利，可日常與跨區團隊協作（SG／HK／MY／ID）具 Blender／Cinema 4D／KeyShot 等 3D 工具經驗（材質、燈光、基本渲染）加分具產品精修或基礎棚拍概念，或能制定 shot list 與後期需求加分具美妝、消費性電子或 IP 授權／聯名專案經驗加分熟悉 IP 品牌規範與素材合規（Logo 安全距、色彩限制、使用規則）加分
