1、3年以上前端開發相關經驗，過去工作經驗需接觸過1年react經驗2、具備優良的系統設計能力，對用戶體驗有一定程度的瞭解及掌握度3、熟練運用一種主流的JavaScript MVC、MVVM框架，如Vue，Angular，React等4、web系統的性能優化，且具備web系統debug技能5、排除各種瀏覽器RWD問題，包括移動端各種機型瀏覽器的RWD問題6、不依賴框架代碼自動生成架構，比如vue-cli、create-react-app cli、angular-cli這些命令行自動生成的項目組織架構7、對前端的數據管理方式有概念，比如vue和vuex的關係，react和redux的關係，為什麼要這麼設計?8、對前端自動化流程有獨立的思考能力9、對ECMA Script或JavaScript語言機制有比較深的理解10、對node.js服務端開發有一定的了解，比如react、vue的服務端運算，gateway的開發；

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Manager with a strong background in hardware and experience in the 5G base station industry. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support international business development through sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, comfortable with frequent overseas travel, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. • Lead the product lifecycle management for 5G base station-related solutions, from market analysis and product planning to launch and post-launch optimization. • Collaborate with RD teams to define product specifications and technical roadmaps aligned with customer and market needs. • Support global sales teams with technical expertise, including customer presentations, solution proposals, and competitive analysis. • Participate in international trade shows, customer visits, and field research to gather market insights and translate them into actionable product strategies. • Develop product documentation, white papers, and marketing materials to enhance product visibility and customer understanding. • Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technical marketing, preferably in the 5G, wireless communication, or base station equipment sectors. • Solid understanding of hardware development processes and system architecture. • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities; able to independently draft product plans and business proposals. • Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to communicate effectively with international clients and teams. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; collaborative and proactive mindset. • Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis. • Hands-on experience in 5G base station product development or deployment. • Familiarity with Open RAN, vRAN, or related communication standards. • Previous experience with telecom equipment vendors, system integrators, or chipset manufacturers is a plus.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Sales Manager to lead global business development for our 5G equipment solutions. This role focuses primarily on managing and deepening existing customer relationships (60%), while also developing new business opportunities (40%). The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different business units, capable of independent travel, and excels in transparent and collaborative teamwork. • Manage and strengthen relationships with international telecom operators and equipment vendors to drive long-term cooperation and renewals. • Proactively expand business in Europe, the Americas, and Asia to grow 5G equipment sales. • Engage effectively with customers, build trust, and foster strong partnerships. • Travel internationally up to once per month to visit clients independently. • Coordinate internal order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and quality. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs. • Work closely with different business units to drive cross-functional initiatives and customer solutions. • Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations. • Bachelor's degree or above; engineering or telecommunications background is a plus but not required. • Minimum 5 years of international sales experience; familiarity with the telecom industry is preferred. • Basic understanding of hardware systems and communication technologies. • Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; able to initiate and maintain customer engagement. • Capable of independent travel and proactive client management. • Familiar with internal order fulfillment and cross-functional coordination. • Able to collaborate effectively across departments and business units, promoting information sharing, transparent decision-making, and execution excellence.
