【工作內容】
供應商與產品管理
開發、維護並管理印尼當地的供應商關係(包含合作旅行社、飯店、車隊、景點、餐廳等)協助進行價格談判、合約管理及日常溝通確保供應商服務品質符合公司標準,並處理任何交付問題
產品營運與訂單執行
操作公司內部預訂與營運系統,準確處理並確認印尼相關的客戶訂單 負責訂單系統的資料輸入 (Key-in),維護產品資訊、價格與庫存的即時性與準確性持續優化訂單處理流程,主動發現並回報系統或流程中的問題點
在地品質控管與調研
依據公司需求,不定期進行實地景點考察或新服務的測試 必要時進行 On-site 客戶訪談,蒐集第一手的旅客回饋,作為產品優化的依據 監測印尼當地旅遊市場趨勢與競品動態,提供在地洞察
在地緊急支援
作為印尼在地的主要緊急聯絡人,處理旅客發生的即時狀況或緊急需求 (非一般例行諮詢) 在緊急情況下,迅速協調當地供應商(如車隊、飯店)解決問題 初期客服支援: 初期三個月為熟悉台灣客人習慣和訂單流程,協助處理客服諮詢
【工作型態與時間 】
全職,遠端工作(常需駐於印尼巴厘島)每週 40 小時,需能配合平日與週末的服務需求 排班方式依業務需求與主管安排調整
【Responsibilities】
Supplier and Product Management:
Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with local Indonesian suppliers (including collaborating travel agencies, hotels, car fleets, attractions, restaurants, etc.).Assist with price negotiation, contract management, and daily communication.Ensure the quality of supplier services meets company standards and handles any delivery issues.
Product Operations and Order Fulfillment:
Operate the company's internal booking and operational systems, accurately processing and confirming Indonesia-related customer orders.Responsible for data entry (Key-in) into the order system, maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory.Continuously optimize order processing procedures, proactively identifying and reporting any issues in the system or processes.
Local Quality Control and Market Research:
Conduct occasional on-site inspections of attractions or testing of new services as required by the company.Conduct on-site customer interviews when necessary to gather first-hand traveler feedback for product optimization.Monitor local Indonesian travel market trends and competitor activities, providing localized insights.
Local Emergency Support:
Serve as the primary local emergency contact in Indonesia, handling immediate situations or urgent traveler needs (not general routine inquiries).In emergencies, quickly coordinate with local suppliers (such as car fleets, hotels) to resolve issues.Initial Customer Service Support: For the first three months, assist with handling customer service inquiries to become familiar with Taiwanese customer habits and order processes.
【Work Type and Schedule】
Full-time, remote work (often required to be based in Bali, Indonesia).40 hours per week. We must be able to accommodate service needs on both weekdays and weekends.The shift schedule will be adjusted based on business needs and supervisor arrangement.
