此職位由仲量聯行 (JLL) 聘用,辦公地點位於台北 101 大樓,服務對象為我們的 FAANG 客戶。作為實驗室設施(軟體、硬體、測試等)團隊的一員,您將負責優化實驗室空間利用率並管理全面的實驗室數據分析。此職位要求您制定實驗室空間配置方案,協調設備佈局與機電系統 (MEP) 的銜接,並作為多個團隊之間的中心協調點,平衡技術限制與營運需求。1. 職責與義務I. 實驗室空間規劃• 實驗室空間利用率最佳化:負責所需實驗室空間的解決方案和初步佈局規劃。優化設備佈局和工作流程,確保其滿足營運要求並與大樓的機電 (MEP) 系統相符。• 跨職能協調:作為多個團隊空間規劃的主要聯絡人。協調各種需求,平衡技術限制與使用者需求,並有效解決潛在衝突。• 品質控制:審核並驗證初步空間規劃,確保所有配置完全符合客戶需求和標準。二、實驗室數據分析• 資料完整性和一致性:建立並維護所有實驗室資料矩陣的單一資料來源 (SSOT),以確保整個組織資料的準確性和一致性。• 年度實驗室實地考察:進行年度現場審核,確保客戶系統中的實驗室數據與實際實體環境完全一致。• 資料品質管理:最大程度地減少資料矛盾和更正事件。確保實驗室數據(包括實驗室類型、聯絡人 (POC) 和資源配置)反映實際情況。• 效率與視覺化:透過簡化流程減少重複的資料查詢。管理和維護實驗室儀錶盤,更新實驗室介紹材料,並監督現有實驗室網站的維護。• 情境建模:透過執行成長或變革情境建模,為客戶業務團隊提供支持,從而為未來規劃提供數據驅動的洞察。要求與核心能力• 2 年專案管理經驗。具技術工程、實驗室運作或空間規劃背景者優先考慮。• 精通數據分析和視覺化工具。• 熟練使用 Smartsheet、MS Project 和 Google Workspace。• 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力,能夠將數據洞察轉化為清晰的演示文稿,供關鍵利益相關者理解。• 語言與認證:英語聽說讀寫流利。持有 PMP 認證和 AutoCAD 技能者優先考慮。This role will be employed via JLL and based at our FAANG client in Taipei 101. As part of the lab facilities (software, hardware, testing etc.) team, you will be responsible for optimizing laboratory space utilization and managing comprehensive lab data analytics. The position requires developing solutions for lab space configurations, coordinating equipment placement with MEP systems, and serving as the central coordination point across multiple teams to balance technical constraints with operational needs.1.Duties responsibilitiesI. Lab Space Planning• Lab Space Utilization Optimization: Responsible for the solutions and preliminary blocking plan of the requested lab spaces. Optimize equipment placement and workflows to ensure they meet operational requirements and align with the building's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) conditions.• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for space planning across multiple teams. Coordinate diverse requirements, balance technical constraints with user needs, and effectively resolve potential conflicts.• Quality Control: Review and validate preliminary space plans to ensure all configurations precisely align with client demands and compliance client's standards.II. Lab Data Analysis• Data Integrity Consistency: Establish and maintain a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for all lab data matrices to ensure accuracy and uniformity across the organization.• Annual Physical Lab Survey: Conduct annual on-site audits to ensure that lab data within the client's system is perfectly aligned with the actual physical environment.• Data Quality Management: Minimize data contradictions and correction events. Ensure that lab data (including lab type, Point of Contact (POC), and Resource Ramping reflects the real-world situation.• Efficiency Visualization: Reduce repetitive data inquiries by streamlining processes. Manage and maintain the Lab Dashboard, update lab introductory materials, and oversee the maintenance of the existing lab website.• Scenario Modeling: Support Client business teams by performing growth or change scenario modeling to provide data-driven insights for future planning.Requirements Core Competencies• 2 years of experience in project management. Backgrounds in technical engineering, lab operations, or space planning are highly preferred.• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.• Expertise in Smartsheet, MS Project, and Google Workspace.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear presentations for key stakeholders.• Languages Certifications: Fluent in written and spoken English. PMP certification and AutoCAD skills are a significant plus.
