Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.You will also act as the liaison between our company, third-party verification providers, and clients.
Account Support: Understand clients’ needs and provide timely and effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Contract and Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and review contracts to ensure they meet both client and company expectations.
Client Meetings and Communication: Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to discuss their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on relevant products or services.
Issue Resolution: Handle any client issues or complaints promptly, ensuring that they are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
