1. Compensation & Benefits Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term compensation and benefits strategies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, providing optimization solutions as needed.
2. Market Competitiveness Analysis: Conduct market research on global compensation and labor conditions, collect and analyze compensation data, and propose adjustments to optimize salary structures.
3. Compensation Structure & Incentive Design: Lead the planning and execution of annual salary adjustments, performance bonuses, employee remuneration, and long-/short-term incentive programs (e.g., RSU, ESOP) to align with corporate long-term strategies.
4. Employee Stock & Equity Administration: Manage employee compensation plans for Taiwan-listed companies, with expertise in Taiwan Securities and Exchange Act, shareholder rights, and equity allocation mechanisms, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal regulations.
5. HR System & Digital Transformation: Plan and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), design and implement digitalization initiatives to enhance compensation-related data management and automation.
6. Employee Benefits Program Optimization: Enhance employee benefit plans, including insurance, pension schemes, leave policies, to improve employee satisfaction and strengthen employer branding.
7. Labor Law & Tax Compliance Management: Ensure that compensation and benefits policies comply with Taiwanese and international labor laws and tax regulations, particularly concerning employee remuneration, equity incentives, and retirement plans.
8. Cross-functional & Executive Communication: Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, Legal, and Stock Affairs departments, providing expertise in compensation, equity rewards, and performance management to support organizational development strategies.
