工作內容:終端使用者支援- 提供第一至第二層技術支援,及時處理硬體、軟體及網路問題。- 執行系統安裝、維護與更新,並於客服系統中記錄事件處理過程。- 為員工提供 IT 工具操作及最佳實務的基本訓練。設備資產與供應商管理- 管理 IT 資產全生命週期、採購流程及供應商關係,確保資源運用效率。- 協調員工硬體設備安裝,並維護會議室的影音設備。- 維護與支援辦公室安全系統(門禁、監視攝影機及警報設備)。基礎架構與資安管理- 維護並優化區域 IT 基礎架構與網路效能(LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi)。- 執行資安防護措施,包括資料備份、系統更新與端點防護。- 支援資料中心運作、容量規劃及基礎架構擴充相關專案。Job Duties:End-User Support‑ Provide Tier 1–2 technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly‑ Perform system setup, maintenance, patching, and record incidents in the ticketing system.‑ Conduct basic user training on IT tools and best practices.Asset Vendor Management ‑ Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.‑ Coordinate hardware setups for employees and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms.‑ Maintain and support office security systems (access control, cameras, alarms).Infrastructure Security‑ Maintain and optimize regional IT infrastructure and network performance (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi).‑ Implement security measures, including backups, patching, and endpoint protection.‑ Support data center operations, capacity planning, and infrastructure scalability projects.
