Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, highly communicative, and strategic Head of Operations to drive operational excellence and lead the scaling of SALT’s community initiatives. Rather than managing day-to-day execution directly, this pivotal leadership role focused on high-level supervision, process optimization, risk management, and team leadership, specifically guiding the Project Manager and core staff who run our weekly SALT Kitchen and orphanage programs.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will possess an extreme sense of ownership to balance overarching organizational goals, cultivate team performance, and actively spearhead the strategic development of new impact tracks, such as SALT Seasoned (Elderly Home) program. Core Responsibilities
1. Operations Management Process Optimization
SOP Maintenance: Oversee, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all initiatives to ensure smooth, efficient execution.Timeline Oversight: Maintain master schedules, organization calendars, and task lists for all ongoing initiatives, identifying and mitigating systemic operational risks before they escalate.Future Scalability: Analyze and optimize internal processes to build a lean, efficient framework capable of supporting future organizational growth.
2. Team Leadership Performance Management
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager, Community Director, Events Coordinator, and Admin to ensure seamless cross-team collaboration for initiatives and events.KPI Tracking Reporting: Define, track, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments. Synthesize post-event data into detailed reports to propose strategic improvements to the Founders.
3. Financial Oversight Budget Compliance
Budget Accountability: Collaborate with the Founders and Admin to establish, monitor, and manage the annual operational budget for all ministries and expansion tracks.Expenditure Approval: Review and approve resource allocations and project expenditures submitted by the Project Manager, ensuring lean operations and fiscal responsibility.Grant Donor Compliance: Partner with the Admin to ensure that program spending strictly aligns with corporate sponsorship agreements, grants, and donor-stipulated guidelines.
4. Strategic Growth New Program Development
Program Incubation: Lead the structural design, resource planning, and pilot execution of new initiatives before transitioning them to steady-state operations under a Project Manager.Scalability Assessment: Evaluate community needs, logistical capacities, and operational feasibility to determine when and how existing programs can be expanded or duplicated.
5. Legal, Regulatory Risk Compliance
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all organizational operations, volunteer activities, and public events remain fully compliant with Taiwanese NPO regulations, local labor laws, and public safety standards.Vulnerable Sector Safeguards: Establish, update, and enforce strict safety, privacy, and protection protocols across all programs involving children (orphanages) and elderly populations.
6. Organizational Culture Talent Sustainability
Team Health Alignment: Cultivate a healthy, cohesive, and collaborative remote working culture among the core staff, ensuring high morale and preventing burnout.Onboarding SOP Training: Design and supervise the onboarding process for new core team members and core plus team members, ensuring they are fluent in SALT’s values and communication protocols.

核心職責
1. 營運管理與流程優化
SOP 制定與維護:監督、精進並維護所有專案計畫的標準作業程序(SOP),以確保各項活動皆能順暢且高效地執行。總體時程監督:統籌管理所有進行中專案的總體進度表、組織行事曆與任務清單,在問題升級前,敏銳地識別並化解系統性的營運風險。推動未來規模化: 分析並優化內部流程,建立一個精簡、高效的運作架構,以支持組織未來的成長與擴展。
2. 團隊領導與績效管理
跨部門溝通協調:與專案經理、社區發展主管、活動專員及行政專員緊密合作,確保各專案與活動之間的跨團隊協作流暢無阻。KPI 追蹤與數據回報: 設定、追蹤並評估各部門的關鍵績效指標(KPI)。串聯並統整活動後的數據以製作詳細報告,向創辦人提出具建設性的營運優化與改善策略。
3. 財務監督與預算合規
預算控管與負責:與創辦人及行政專員密切合作,共同制定、監控並管理所有服務計畫與擴展專案的年度營運預算。支出審核與批准:審查並核准由專案經理提交的資源分配與專案支出,確保組織維持精簡營運並落實財政責任。補助案與捐款人合規:與行政專員合作,確保所有計畫的經費支出完全符合企業贊助合約、政府/民間補助案及捐款人所指定的合規指引。
4. 戰略增長與新專案開發
新專案孵化育種:主導全新影響力計畫(如優化SALT Seasoned 樂齡陪伴計畫)的架構設計、資源規劃與初期試點執行,待運作穩定後再交由專案經理進行常態性營運。規模化評估: 深入評估社群需求、後勤量能與營運可行性,以決定現有計畫應於何時以及如何進行擴大或複製。
5. 法律、法規與風險合規
法令法規遵循:確保組織的所有營運、志工活動與公開事件,皆完全符合台灣非營利組織(NPO)相關法規、本地勞動法規以及公共安全標準。特定弱勢群體安全保障:針對所有涉及兒童(育幼院)與年長者(老人院)的計畫,建立、更新並嚴格執行全面的安全、隱私與保護協定。
6. 組織文化與人才永續
