Responsibilities:1.Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs new opportunities, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.2.Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.3.Drive and manage new product penetration installation and subsequent process development.4.Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.5.Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.6.Support CS EE /Sales/BU as one team to success new application penetration, site base operation and service. Qualifications:1.Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.2.Master Degree or above in an Engineering discipline.3.0-3 or 4~8 years above of technical experience and deep business perspective preferably in the Semiconductor / Capital Equipment / related industry. (CVD, ALD, EPI, or PECVD any relevant experience is a plus).4.Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations5.Strong industry experience managing teams that support complex instrumentation, applications and informatics by phone and at customer locations6.Clear and concise both English/Mandarin verbal and written communications

1.為輪班工程師, 執行薄膜製程所定之標準程序工作，與交接事項，以維持薄膜製程課的正常運作2.依標準程序對異常產品/異常狀況的處理3.機台日管指標維持4.具SPC 基本概念5.重大異常緊急通報6.製程人員專業技術提升

1.確實執行全方位製程掌控，以符合客戶產品需求，提高客戶滿意度.2.整合各Module建立process flow，以符合客戶產品需求.3.產品良率維持/提昇，以降低客戶die cost，提高客戶滿意度.4.WAT電性參數SPC monitor (real time)，keep process quality.5.Customized/New process development，滿足客戶需求品質issue分析/解決，即時改善異常.

執行產品及技術開發各項工作，分析問題並處理異常，配合團隊完成所執行之任務1.負責管理產品(及LOT)之製程流程及參數2.建立元件電性及WAT量測條件，整理及分析電性資料3.線上材料及產品故障分析4.工程及技術資料收集，並針對異常或問題解析與處理5.改善元件特性並提昇產品良率

1.製程開發執行, 新技術開發之時程掌控，以符合製程整合新製程開發之需求，提高客戶之滿意度2.開發模組製程, 使先進製程良率達到量產需求3.維持製程穩定度, 降低製程缺陷數目及提高機台妥善率4.線上異常處理及後續成效追蹤5.建立標準規範(SOP)，改善現行系統漏洞6.突破性製程研發改善，提高公司競爭力
