製程工程師：是順暢生產流程的推動者，負責降低產品在製程中的變異並提升良率，確保產品生產的又快又好，是工廠量產團隊中不可或缺的角色。 製程工程師專精於自身負責的製程領域，參與新技術的引進及新產品的開發，與製程整合、產品工程、設備及製造單位的夥伴共同合作，運用深化的專業能力同步強化產品品質及產能。

Responsibilities:1.Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs new opportunities, while also anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationship and solutions.2.Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.3.Drive and manage new product penetration installation and subsequent process development.4.Define project scope and resource planning together with BU, escalate to Manager for resource gap.5.Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.6.Support CS EE /Sales/BU as one team to success new application penetration, site base operation and service. Qualifications:1.Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.2.Master Degree or above in an Engineering discipline.3.0-3 or 4~8 years above of technical experience and deep business perspective preferably in the Semiconductor / Capital Equipment / related industry. (CVD, ALD, EPI, or PECVD any relevant experience is a plus).4.Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations5.Strong industry experience managing teams that support complex instrumentation, applications and informatics by phone and at customer locations6.Clear and concise both English/Mandarin verbal and written communications

1.掌握生產狀況並即時反應處理，提升生產效率，降低損失。2.現場流程控制，預防生產動線發生錯誤，提升產品品質、設備使用率與準時交貨率。 3.製程操作管制及製程發生異常時之處理及追蹤。4.協助現場人員之教育訓練及製程資料、文件、檢查報告、統計及報表製作與彙整。5.其他上級臨時交待事項。

1.現場製程操作(公用區、蒸餾區、槽區)及生產管理。2.製程/品質改善及擴建專案。3.主管交辦事項。

1.執行環安衛程序(1)協助相關作業許可單確認，確保安全。(2)協助所屬人員作業環境區域管理。(3)掌控氣、液、固體 廢棄物在管制規範範圍內。 2.執行生產計劃(1)執行公司各項政策，達成既定目標。(2) 掌控各製程分析點之數據及QC原料分析數據。(3)協助DCS人員監控製程操作，根據分析數據及時調整，遇異常立即矯正並向上級回報。(4)工場各區操作巡視，異常情形發生時設法解決，以維持生產之安全。(5)緊急應變處置之指揮及執行，向上級長官報備。(6)工作週報撰寫。(7)配合客戶相關專案執行及相關稽核工作。(8)其他上級指派臨時性任務。3.執行設備保養(1)生產設備異常處理改善，提升生產工場運作可靠度。(2)協調支援機械及儀電人員檢修設備，並做好維修前檢點。(3)督導所屬人員一級保養工作。【具備以下證照尤佳】第一種壓力容器操作(單一級)、有機溶劑作業主管免費模擬試題檢測
