What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and seamless execution across multiple regions Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and employee relations Oversee office administration and facilities, including supplies, maintenance coordination, and vendor management Support the planning and execution of employee benefits programs, contributing to the delivery of annual initiatives Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, and participate in recruitment and cross-functional HR projects as needed
管理日常人資作業與員工各階段的人事流程,確保跨區域作業準確、順暢地執行 主導員工活動與 engagement 方案的規劃與執行,推動正向的職場文化與員工關係 負責辦公室日常運作,包含庶務管理、設備維護與廠商協調 協助規劃與執行員工福利相關方案,支援年度福利項目的推動與落實 擔任員工人資事務的第一線諮詢窗口,並視需要參與招募及跨部門 HR 專案
