Role Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to act as a Quality Owner for our core RPA product, Robotiive. This role is pivotal and moves beyond traditional testing; you will be responsible for defining and executing the entire quality assurance strategy. Your primary focus will be taking full ownership of the defect lifecycle, ensuring our software consistently meets high standards in a dynamic, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is genuinely interested in the product. We need a strategic engineer who proactively explores the product to uncover complex edge cases, confidently navigates ambiguous situations without explicit direction, and collaborates closely with the Development and Product team members.
