此職位由仲量聯行 (JLL) 聘用,辦公地點位於我們在彰化資料中心的客戶處。 ※※※ 我們提供從台中市到彰化辦公室的接駁車服務,方便您的通勤。助理成本經理負責確保所有成本要素的準確性,具體工作包括:編制粗略估算 (ROM)、對資金類型進行分類、進行成本審核、處理資金申請 (AR)、啟動合約、應對成本風險、管理現金流量以及監督發票流程。此職位的工作內容包括:• 在合約簽訂前後的專案交付過程中提供成本和商務服務;• 為客戶提供全面的工程量清單服務;• 參與編製招標文件及投標評估報告;• 參與編制月度發票;• 參與從專案啟動到完成的成本與預算編制與管理;• 參與報告編制。• 參與合約後各項工作,包括付款認證、成本報告和合約管理;• 管理和編制專案估算;• 撰寫適當的商務會議紀錄;• 優秀的口語表達、數字計算和報告撰寫能力;• 靈活且能夠準時完成工作;• 熟練使用Excel及其他Microsoft Office辦公室軟體;• 了解專案採購流程及各種採購方式;• 能夠從專案啟動到完成提供高品質的服務;• 合約前工作,包括準備詳細的測量數據、編制工程量清單(BOQ)部分內容、處理投標問詢回复、參與投標評估流程以及編製成本計劃;• 合約後工作,包括精通合約管理、能夠與專案團隊進行現場巡視、起草現金流量報告、起草月度付款建議、管理變更以及協助專案收尾和索賠/變更處理。理想的經驗和技術技能:• 英語和國語聽到讀寫能力;• 3-5年相關領域工作經驗;• 良好的溝通及報告能力;• 邏輯思考能力強,注重細節。 • 能夠適應快節奏的工作環境。About the role:This role will be employed via JLL and based at our Data Center client in Changhua. ※※※ We provide a shuttle service that runs from Taichung City to our office in Changhua, making the commute more convenient.The Assistant Cost Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all cost elements, which encompasses tasks such as developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, categorizing funding types, conducting cost reviews, processing funding requests (ARs), initiating contracts, addressing cost risks, managing cash flow, and overseeing invoicing processes.What this job involves:• Provide cost and commercial services in the delivery of pre and post-contract projects,• Provide full quantity surveying services to our clients.• Participate in preparing tender documents and tender evaluation reports.• Participate in the preparation on monthly invoices.• Participate in preparing and manage costs and budgets for projects from outset to completion.• Participate in reports preparation.• Participate in delivering post contract duties including payment certification, cost reporting and contract administration,• Manage and prepare project estimates,• Take suitable commercial meeting minutes, • Excellent verbal, numerical and report writing skills, • Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines,• Use Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level, • Knowledge of project procurement and differing routes available,• An ability to deliver high quality services from inception to completion, • Work pre contract including preparing detailed measurements, sections of BOQs, handle tender query responses and tender evaluation process and preparation of cost plans,• Work post contract including being strong in contract administration, comfortable on-site walks with project teams, draft cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations. Desired experience and technical skills: • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.• 3-5 years' experience in a related field.• Good communication and reporting skills.• Logical approach and attention to detail.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
