The Role At Circle, the AI Team is responsible for: Developing and maintaining internal and customer-facing computer vision services, and building machine learning pipelines to improve and expand our products.As a backend engineer, you will own core backend services that support our computer vision applications, including the design and implementation of our machine learning pipelines. Be ready for novel challenges—issues and concerns you encounter may differ from your previous work experience given the nature of large-scale machine learning and streaming video, e.g. GPU-bound issues and real-time systems that have already processed many billions of frames. What You'll Do You will face streaming, network, computer vision, machine learning, application optimization, and cloud infrastructure issues very often. You will work with researchers, engineers, and designers in Taipei, London, and San Francisco. Communication skills matter. We are moving fast to handle a dramatically increasing number of cameras. Scalability and efficiency are our chief concerns.

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for implementing AI-driven solutions based on the requirements and research findings. Your primary role will be to bring innovative AI applications to life and integrate them into our existing e-commerce platform. Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans. Design, build, and test AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems. We are looking for an AI Trainer (Data Labeler) – Coding Domain with native or professional proficiency in Traditional Chinese (TW). Your role will be to design and review conversation examples that show how AI assistants should interact with users naturally.No deep AI experience is required – if you can understand basic programming concepts and enjoy logical problem-solving, you’re a great fit! This is a unique chance to join an exciting AI project while growing your technical and communication skills. Write and review short conversations between users and AI assistants.Correct responses only when needed to improve accuracy.Follow clear guidelines; full training provided. [About the Role]We are looking for fluent Chinese – Traditional (CN-T) speakers to help train and improve next-generation AI voice systems. You will record short scripted lines, evaluate AI-generated audio, and provide feedback to help models sound more natural, clear, and human-like. This role does NOT require professional studio recording experience; anyone with a clear speaking voice can apply. Individuals with voice acting or narration experience may qualify for higher-tier compensation. [What You’ll Do]• Record short scripted phrases and sentences in Chinese – Traditional (CN-T) with clear pronunciation and natural pacing.• Follow simple style and tone guidelines.• Re-record lines when needed for clarity or quality.• Upload audio files following formatting and naming instructions.• Listen to AI-generated audio and rate clarity, naturalness, and pronunciation.• Identify issues such as unnatural tone, incorrect stress, awkward pauses, or background noise.• Provide short written notes in English describing errors.• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks on time.
