Role Overview Astera Labs is establishing a strategic RD center in Israel to drive the development of complex semiconductor chips that solve the critical 'data bottlenecks' enabling the future of AI at scale. As we expand our presence in Israel,We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Haifa site and ensure a smooth, organized, and employee-focused work environment. This role combines office operations, facilities coordination, employee welfare, logistics, and administrative support.
