The Senior Merchandise Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality merchandise, packaging, and printed materials for the MoMo brand. This role ensures that every branded item reflects MoMo’s visual identity while being production-ready, cost-efficient, and meaningful in real-world use.You will play a key role in elevating MoMo’s brand experience through tangible products that users can see, touch, and keep.Mô tả công việcConcept Design DirectionDevelop creative concepts for merchandise, gifting items, packaging… across major campaigns: Brand Campaigns, Events, Internal Branding….Define visual language, material direction, and design tone for different merchandise tiers (mass, premium, internal, limited edition).Ensure all designs align with MoMo brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Merchandise Packaging DesignDesign and execute:Merchandise: gifting items, apparel, lifestyle products, collectibles, gift setsPackaging: gift boxes, sleeves, tags, stickers, wrapping solutionsDeliver print-ready artworks suitable for mass production.Printing Production ExpertisePossess strong knowledge of printing and manufacturing processes: (ex : offset, digital, silkscreen, foil stamping, emboss/deboss, UV, die-cut…..)Work directly with printers and vendors to:Prepare production filesReview color proofs, materials, mockups, and samplesEnsure final output quality meets brand and design standardsAdvise on design solutions that balance aesthetics.Brand Consistency Quality ControlEnsure all merchandise and packaging are:Visually consistent with the MoMo brandWell-crafted, durable, and user-friendlyAppropriately positioned ( ex : premium, friendly, or mass-appeal depending on campaign goals )Review and refine designs from other designers or external vendors.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Creative and Operations teams.Translate marketing and business briefs into practical, scalable design solutions.Yêu cầu công việc5–7+ years of design experience, with at least 3 years focused on merchandise, packaging, or print design.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields;Strong portfolio showcasing:Produced merchandise packagingPrint design with real production outcomesProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (3D mockup skills are a plus).Solid understanding of materials, printing techniques, and production workflows.Strong aesthetic sense with excellent attention to detail.Hands-on, proactive mindset with end-to-end ownership of deliverables.Nice to HaveExperience working with large fintech, or lifestyle brands.
