We are seeking a talented and imaginative Principle Visual Designer with a strong focus on animation design to help define and enhance our brand’s visual identity. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in bringing ideas to life through motion graphics, animations, and other dynamic visual elements. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual language of a growing brand, collaborating across departments to create designs that captivate, engage, and drive results. The ideal candidate must be comfortable designing for both online and offline events and possess the ability to read and understand Chinese and English copy. Create short, trendy videos and optimize them based on platform-specific performance; Handle post-production tasks: trimming, sound editing, adding simple effects, color correction to match each format and video goal; Contribute ideas for video marketing campaigns, viral clips, and social posts; Manage a library of footage, background music, and video templates for effective reuse; Support other team tasks as needed or as requested by the Manager.
