Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam.You will be joining a team of fun, dynamic and fast paced individuals who embrace growth and the love for branding.Mô tả công việcLead the development of creative and brand-focused design concepts, from initial ideas to finished products;Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging;Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a wide range of materials, including Key Visual, Banner InApp, Webview, Social Post…;Participate in ideation and development of new design products based on Team/ Head of Department requests.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields;At least 3 years of experience working in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior Graphic Designer or equivalent role;Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Ability to Idea Sketching/ Hand Drawn;Knowledge of Adobe After Effect is a plus;Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, imagery, and typography;Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team environment;Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and effectively convey ideas.

1. 負責設計圖像(web, mobile)的美術設計和負責部分視覺運營推廣、設計Banner、Logo、行銷素材處理、活動頁面工作。2. 具備良好合作態度及團隊精神，並富有工作激情、創新慾望和責任感，能承受高強度的工作壓力。3. 熱愛設計，對於平面設計、Web/APP設計有高度興趣與審美標準。4. 具有紮實的美術功力，與一定創造性和色彩敏感度。5. 熟悉 Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Figma等美術與UI工具，並熟悉製作 logo、PS 影像合成等技能。

工作內容：1、負責公司企業形象、品牌視覺形象，LOGO 等相關平面設計；2、與市場部緊密合作，跟進線上推廣物料；3、跟進公司官網、APP的平面設計及優化；4、負責公司平面廣告、宣傳物料、互聯網產品設計並製定規範；5、跟踪和分析上線設計的用戶體驗，並對設計細節進行完善；6、協調並配合市場部及其他部門同事，高效完成相關工作。

正職需進公司，接案兼職勿投 1.熟練使用DaVinci Resolve及After Effect 2.有調光調色及MG動畫能力3.具有掌握短影音節奏能力，音樂與畫面有起承轉合，不要平平無奇一首歌從頭用到尾4.具有幽默感，可以抓出影片有趣的地方，上字卡做效果

Job Responsibilities: Proficiency in Adobe After Effect, Cinema 4D. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop is a must. Familiar / have Interest in Unreal Engine. Creative Mindset, Good Design Taste. Ability to set priorities in a Multi-task and fast-paced production.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications - 3 year+ experience in a relevant role, preferably in a game. - Degree in Graphic Design or similar, 2D animation/kinetic type experience, 3D animation(Blender / C4D / MAX / Maya / After Effect) experience would be advantageous. - Knowledge and understanding of storyboarding process. - Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud Suit (Illustrator and Photoshop…and so on). - Great skill and attitude, passion for great design and ideas, ability to think creatively, bravely, broadly and back up with strong rational. - Confidence to challenge ideas and strive to make them better.
