本職位肩負數據基礎建設、數據產品開發與量化策略支持的核心責任。將負責從零到一建構與維護高吞吐量的數據平台，將分散的交易、行情與風控數據轉化為可操作的指標和模型。我們尋找具備深厚數據工程基礎，並熱衷於運用機器學習與統計方法解決加密貨幣量化交易問題的專業人才。 A. 數據平台與工程 (Data Platform Engineering) 1)數據基礎架構： -主導或參與 高併發數據庫架構 的設計與維護（PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / MySQL），確保數據的快速存取與穩定性。 -建構 Data Warehouse (數倉) / Data Mart 和指標模型 (Metric Store)，實現數據資產化。 2)ETL 與數據處理： -使用 Python 開發穩定的 ETL Pipeline (透過 Airflow / Cron 等排程工具)。 -進行高頻交易數據的清洗、加工與特徵工程 (Feature Engineering)，整合交易所行情、帳務、交易與風控等關鍵數據。 B. 數據產品與應用 (Data Products Applications) 1)內部系統開發： -建置內部數據查詢工具與輕量級後台系統（利用 FastAPI / Django / Node.js 等）。 -與 Quant、Risk 及 Ops 團隊緊密協作，將數據指標和模型部署為可落地的數據產品。 2)可視化與監控： -建立專業級 BI 儀表板（Grafana / Metabase / Power BI 等）。 -設計並監控績效指標 (KPIs)、資金與交易狀態、以及實時風控指標。 C. 量化研究與模型支持 (Quant Research Model Support) 1)模型開發與驗證： -運用 機器學習 (ML) 與時間序列模型進行數據洞察、分析與預測。 -專注於市場因子模型研究（如 Alpha Factors / Volatility / Order-Flow Signals）的數據層面支持。 2)A/B Testing 與效果評估： -與量化研究員協作，對交易策略與指標進行數據驗證，並執行 A/B Testing 與模型效果評估。

OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE Responsible for all mechanical related tasks in the TWN Mechanical Engg to support and provide deliverables throughout the design standardization, New Program Introduction (NPI) development as well as sustaining of Legacy models in accordance with customer requirements, regulatory standards and company quality policy. Aims are - satisfactory result of OTD ( On time Delivery) against the committed schedule, high quality, cost effective design, and customer satisfaction in multiple projects simultaneously as well as in good quality results. KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY 1. New Program Introduction (NPI) development - Responsible for supporting all mechanical related activities / deliverables in NPI development starting from Proto to PVT - Activities include, but not limit to, mechanical design, mechanical design verification tests, Reliability Engg (RE) test support, design review meeting, customer conference call, factory DFM review, factory build support…etc - Deliverables include, but not limit to, CRTM, test / design check report, Tolerance analysis report, thermal, acoustic, airflow test, design document for customer approval, info to Engineering Coordinator (EC) for BOM or document release, BOM for factory build, part design drawing, assembly drawing…etc 2. RFQ development - Support/provide deliverables to senior and/or Lead engineer/design team manager in RFQ development activities - Propose conceptual design packaging and mechanical design/thermal simulation to be included in technical proposal for customer - Estimated RFQ BOM/tooling cost for mechanical items in RFQ BOM costing 3. Sustaining engineering of Legacy model - Support/provide deliverables for all sustaining engineering for all Legacy model activities not limited to documentation changes and evaluations - Follow up customer / factory request of changes or solution for improving yield to mass production model - Prepare PCN documents for customer approval and following ECO for implementation 4. Technical Support/Interface - Cross-site team work on product design validation, sustaining quality improvement to achieve synergy in cooperate perspective JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY REQUIRED 1. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Design standardization • In any chance possible, it needs to work / design with the approach that the material selected / design could be reused with the same IPN. It would be beneficial to shorten the development lead-time and cost effective. • Support / provide deliverables in standardization development. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly work in Taiwan office and lab. Occasionally travel to Philippines factory or Customer site for on-site support. SKILLS: • Proficiency in CAD tools; Creo parametric / Solidworks for mechanical design • Proficiency in Mech. simulation tools; Creo Structural / Solidworks Structural • Good problem-solving skill • Good organized / planning for handling multiple projects and tasks • Good written / spoken mandarin / English and strong communication skill to handle communication with internal and external parties • Experience in thermal simulation tools; Flotherm / Flotherm XT / FloEFD / Ansys IcePak is plus EXPERIENCE: • Sheet metal / plastic parts design / heat sink / fan selection / simple mechanism design for high power supply and manufacturing • Design for manufacturing experience and able to use data to drive for design / decision • Experience in airflow / thermal management of power supply cooling is plus • Experience in Hyperscale projects is highly preferred
