In this role you will:Lead projects for acoustic development and implementation of hardware across speaker, headsets and voice communication devicesWork with transducer developers to optimize performanceCollaborate with ME, EE, FW, DSP teams to optimize audio integrationCharacterize audio systems using objective and subjective metrics to ensure the desired end user experienceCollaborate with the algorithm developers to optimize audio/voice performance and tuningsPartner with Engineering/ In-house operation/ OEM/ODM/CM to resolve manufacturing issuesMentor other engineers    Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:At least 8 experience in audio hardware developmentKnowledge of acoustic component and acoustic system characteristics (Microphone/Speaker)Experience with acoustical modeling (e.g., linear/nonlinear lump element model, FEM model…etc)Experience with acoustical testing (e.g., Audio Precision, SoundCheck and ACQUA…etc.)Experience with audio DSP tuning to enhance user experienceKnowledge of audio processing pipeline(Gain, EQ and DRC)Knowledge of voice processing algorithms (noise suppression, echo cancellation, and beamforming)Communication in both Chinese and EnglishIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Specific experience with spatial audio, HRTFs, surround sound virtualization, and 3D audio renderingSpecific experience with gaming audio or other consumer audio productsPresentation to groups with diverse backgroundsExceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.Shipping high-volume consumer productsEducation:Candidates for this position will usually have a degree in Acoustics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of related industry experience.  If you’ve taken a different path to meet the qualifications, we look forward to hearing your story. #LI-AL2/104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
