Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM). 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM Professional suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), including custom application development, scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPIs), and platform configuration. Experience designing and implementing the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework in an enterprise environment.
