【職位簡介】 你將成為訊連科技 App 事業成長的關鍵推手，領導包含威力導演 PowerDirector、相片大師 PhotoDirector 等全球知名創作工具的成長策略。我們正在尋找一位具備數據驅動思維與策略眼光的成長行銷經理，善於拆解市場機會與用戶行為，擅長跨部門協作，能以精實成長思維推動全球市場用戶規模與營收表現。 【主要工作內容】 負責制定並推動訊連科技旗下 App 的全球成長行銷策略，聚焦於用戶獲取（UA）與變現（monetization），持續提升營收與市占率。引導團隊進行創新行銷專案，包含 A/B 測試、數據追蹤與分析，建立快速迭代的行銷優化機制。根據市場趨勢、競品動態與用戶洞察，制定產品 go-to-market 策略，並針對定價、定位、訊息傳遞提出具體優化建議。主導多元管道的使用者獲取策略，整合自然流量（ASO/SEO）與數位廣告（Google Ads、Apple Search Ads、Meta 等），並維持與平台方的良好策略合作關係。建立使用者行為追蹤與分析架構，深入理解用戶旅程，針對留存率、LTV、ARPU 等指標進行持續優化與成效追蹤。
