This position provides valuable exposure to various aspects of supply chain management and operations. Your role will involve working with the Global Supply Chain Customer collaboration team on projects and CIP enhancements related to Logitechs Global Strategic deal deployments. You will collaborate with multiple teams both locally and globally, gaining an understanding of key supply chain business functions and participating in full project delivery life cycles.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech.In this role you will: - Supporting the team with data-analysis, data-visualization and data-dashboards.- Assist with the supply chain processes, including creating and updating documentation, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.- Support the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights to internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document operational requirements and procedures.- Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute ideas and insights related to supply chain and operations processes. - Support the implementation of process improvements and optimization initiatives.- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the supply chain and operations team.Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: - Have completed a Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management)- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to effectively document processes and procedures.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Google Documents and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.- Ability to work with and understand cultural differences.- Strong self-motivation and ability to meet regular deadlines.- Understanding of macros would be a plus- Python for data manipulation would be great- Some experience or knowledge of AI and Automations - Asana, or similar, Gemini assistants or similar- Familiarity with data-visualization software; Tableau would be a plus- Good understanding of design principles (using the right charts for different data, how to visualise that)- Ability to ask for help and to ask for more work, to repeat, etc#LI-YS1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
