1. 安全實機佈署： 執行 Azure 雲端環境安全加固，包含 Azure Firewall、WAF、NSG 及 ASG 的規則配置與維運。 2. 身份存取管理： 實務操作 Microsoft Entra ID，佈署條件式存取 (Conditional Access)、多因素驗證 (MFA) 及特權身份管理 (PIM)。 3. 威脅偵測維運： 操作 Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) 進行日誌收集、KQL 偵測規則撰寫及資安事件排查處理。 4. 雲端合規落實： 運用 Defender for Cloud 進行合規性監控，並根據掃描結果進行實機修復 (Remediation) 與系統硬化。 5. 技術交付與服務： 參與客戶專案技術會議，產出具備專業水平的操作紀錄、變更計畫書及技術建議報告。具備技能：1. 腳本與查詢語言： 熟悉 KQL (Kusto Query Language) 語法，能自定義 Sentinel 監控腳本；具備 PowerShell 或 Azure CLI 自動化維運能力。2. 雲端網路安全： 熟悉 VNet Peering、ExpressRoute 及網路隔離架構之實務配置。3. 弱點管理能力： 具備分析與修復雲端資源組態錯誤 (Misconfiguration) 的實務能力。

蓋亞資訊代理國際雲端服務(GCP、Ａzure、AWS、阿里雲)、雲端WAF/CDN、國際品牌憑證、網域等雲端服務 (1). 雲端服務應用，包含基礎服務操作、專案帳號管理與帳單帳號建立。 (2). 網域(Gandi)申請與憑證(Sectigo)建立作業。 (3). WAF/CDN基礎服務應用與網路狀況排查分析。 (4). G workspace / M365 障礙排除與教育訓練。(5). 其他主管交辦事項。

1. 拜訪既有經銷商，維繫穩定客戶關係。2. 開發潛在客戶，拓展新市場。3. 負責國內外業務接洽及訂單處理。4. 負責產品報價及產品展示，並處理帳款回收相關事宜。5. 負責業務推展，傳達及說明公司各項業務重大訊息、活動及產品。

【工作內容】1. 雲端服務應用，包含基礎服務操作。2. 協助進行 Azure雲端系統操作。3. 協助雲端帳戶資料建置、授權設定與資料維護。4. 每日雲端用量與系統狀態檢查及每月帳單整理。5. 協助整理營運文件、SOP 與系統資料。6. 支援團隊日常行政與營運相關事項。

本職缺為常駐客戶端（5x8 駐點）之資安與雲端維運人員。主要負責客戶 Azure 雲端平台的日常穩定運作，並利用 Microsoft Sentinel 進行第一線的資安事件監控、分析與威脅調查。 工作內容 1. Azure 平台運維管理： 負責客戶 Azure 雲端環境的日常維運、效能監控、資源配置優化及異常排除。 2. Microsoft Sentinel 運維與事件調查： 監控 Sentinel 儀表板，進行資安事件（Incidents）的即時分析與告警初步判定。 (1)負責資安事件調查（Threat Hunting），追蹤攻擊軌跡並協助擬定應變與根治措施。 (2)協助維護、優化 Sentinel 的偵測規則（Analytics rules）與資料搜集（Data connectors）。 3. 駐點維運與客戶服務： 執行週/月度資安與運維報表產製，並向客戶端進行定期匯報。 (1)配合客戶端端點安全、網路安全等政策執行，擔任技術窗口協助解決問題。 (2)視專案需求協助落實資安合規性檢查。

Role: We are seeking outstanding engineers to join TSMC IT infrastructure team to build and orchestrate cloud services to support world-class semiconductor foundry. This team is responsible to design, implement and optimize IT infrastructure toward software-defined computing, storage and networking with cloud technologies.
