You will own the end-to-end delivery of BI initiatives on our Microsoft Azure stack — designing and building scalable data pipelines in Azure Databricks, developing semantic layers and reports in Power BI, and ensuring our analytics platform is performant, governed, and aligned to business outcomes.You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders across business units, translating ambiguous business needs into structured delivery roadmaps. Operating in a bilingual (Chinese/English) global environment, you will also define BI standards, lead code reviews, and mentor team members — helping position the BI function as a trusted strategic partner.Responsibilities:1.
