協助開發 Web3 安全相關產品研究新技術，導入並優化現有產品集思廣益，讓產品更好依照需求開發後端相關功能

1. 全面負責交易所及金融衍生品等業務的產品規劃和實際落地，包括產品的設計、功能特性、使用者體驗、底層邏輯、開發和發佈，確保產品符合市場需求和使用者體驗標準。 2. 根據Web 3.0市場分析結果，提出有針對性的產品優化方案，包括但不限於功能新增、介面優化、使用者體驗提升等。負責完整的交易功能，包括但不限於基礎合約、風控等。 3. 根據使用者回饋和資料分析結果，及時調整產品策略和功能，持續優化用戶體驗。 4. 撰寫輸出清晰高品質的產品設計方案，包括介面設計、交互流程、功能邏輯、計算公式等，確保產品設計滿足使用者需求和市場趨勢。 5. 與技術、市場和運營團隊緊密合作，業務需求高效轉化為產品研發需求，推動產品快速反覆運算上線。 6. 負責重點客戶的跟蹤管理，理解、回饋使用者需求，與產品研發團隊合作，推動內部產品改進。 7. 參與分析線上產品特性優化和穩定性，跟進相關領域的技術更新，並將新技術方案輸出到產研團隊進行落地。

負責核心後端服務的開發與維護，使用 Golang 打造高效能、高可用性的系統開發與區塊鏈互動的後端功能，例如：鏈上數據同步、交易監控與分析等與團隊成員緊密協作，在快速迭代的環境中共同打造卓越的 Web3 產品

1、負責谷歌、臉書、Tiktok、Linkedin等海外平臺的競價廣告投放工作，根據產品特點和市場狀況，制定有效的廣告投放策略，持續優化廣告投放策略和提高廣告效益； 2、熟悉谷歌廣告、臉書廣告的各項指令引數和規則，能自主撰寫創意（文案），設計創意； 3、隨時監控廣告投放資料，對不同廣告管道的廣告投放效果進行總結和分析，根據行銷目標和產品特點，結合投放資料制定下一階段的廣告投放策略； 4、深入瞭解廣告投放管道的最新發展和趨勢，指導團隊成員持續優化廣告創意、落地頁和購買流程，提高廣告效果和購買轉化率； 5、與銷售和市場人員密切合作，收集產品和市場回饋，持續優化廣告創意、落地頁和購買流程。
