Actively engage candidates throughout the hiring process to improve conversion rates. Support organizing mass hiring activities (walk-in interviews, hiring days, offline recruitment events if any). 2. Recruitment Operations Reporting (20%) Update and manage candidate data on ATS and tracking files accurately and in a timely manner. Track daily recruitment performance (CV volume, interview rate, offer rate, show-up rate, etc.). Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
