This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of software development experience and a strong interest in team leadership, scalable systems, and cloud technologies. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop internal systems that support business operations and meet employee needs 2. Work closely with business and operations teams to understand requirements, define clear specifications, and ensure smooth project delivery 3.
