【Responsibilities】Technical Leadership & Development: Design and develop backend systems to support business needs, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.Lead efforts in architectural design, performance optimization, database tuning, and advanced caching strategies.Collaborate on the creation of key features, providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. People Management: Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Guide team growth and align efforts with company goals, while promoting individual and team excellence. Development Workflow: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automated testing and deployment to improve efficiency.Oversee code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards. 【Key Responsibilities】1. Perform required operations to comply with laws, rules and regulations.2. Troubleshoot application deployments. Reproduce, discuss and resolve issues related to service stability and avoid problem recurrence.3. Communicate and collaborate with front-end, back-end developers and project managers to design efficient SQL programs and ensure stable online service performance and security.4. 【工作內容】 1. 審閱、談判及管理中英文契約及法律文件。 2. 建立並持續強化公司整體法令遵循與內控架構，落實公司制度之管理。 3. 執行各部門法律議題處理，並提供問題諮詢、策略提供及政策制定。 4. 規劃並主導董事會及股東會相關法定程序。 5. 主導重大爭議案件之因應策略、溝通及處理流程。
