此職位隸屬於人才資源部，我們致力於人資策略的規劃與落實，發掘與培育優秀人才，打造獨特的企業文化，建立員工與公司共同發展成長的環境。 【工作內容】 1. 協助履歷搜尋、日常招募行政流程。 2. 參與公司活動發想與籌備。 3. 協助公司教育訓練的課程規劃、安排及支援相關作業。 4. 規劃與執行雇主品牌優化策略，如活動籌辦、社群管理等。 5. 協助校園招募、系統優化等專案的規劃與執行。 6. 其他專案支援或主管交辦事項。

本職缺主要支援研發團隊進行各平台 BSP 開發、驗收及維運相關的日常工作，實務內容包括：1. 協助工程師進行 BSP 功能驗收與測試（包含 Android 平台與 Linux 平台）2. 定期追蹤與整合 Android Security Patch、Kernel CVE Patch3. 協助 AI training data 的前處理、整理與路徑規劃4. 定期執行固定 routing 工作與開發流程支援5. 協助平台版本整合、更新與驗證6. 日常開發環境的基本維護與紀錄整理【主要對應平台】◆ Qualcomm◆ MediaTek◆ Renesas◆ TeleChips 等【使用工具與技術】◆ 語言：C、C++、Java、Python（需有基本閱讀與修改能力）◆ 開發工具：Git、Gerrit、SSH、Putty、遠端桌面軟體等◆ OS 環境：Linux / Android
