【THE ROLE THE TEAM】 As the Data Team Lead at JKOPay, you will take on a leadership role in managing and mentoring the Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of JKOPay’s data systems, including both real-time and batch processing. With JKOPay handling over 3 billion transactions monthly for more than 6 million users in Taiwan, your leadership will be crucial in ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. A significant aspect of this role involves infrastructure planning and development. You will lead the team in architecting and optimizing data infrastructures to ensure scalability, high availability, and performance across multiple platforms and environments. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide the implementation of infrastructure solutions that support the rapid growth of JKOPay’s business and evolving data needs. Data Director 帶領資料應用部，包含資料分析團隊與資料工程團隊，需兼具資料工程底層能力與分析決策能力，以建立 Data Platform基礎，使公司邁向更穩定的資料基礎建設與數據驅動成長。你將負責公司級資料平台、治理與分析應用，能深入工程細節、推動資料架構優化，同時協助業務端以數據做決策。【主要職責】1. 資料平台與架構-規劃並維護 Data Lake / DWH / ETL / Streaming。-與工程/架構團隊協作，確保資料系統高可用、可擴展。-評估資料流、schema、事件系統並提出最佳化方案。2. 資料工程與管線管理-監督資料清洗、轉換、整合流程，確保品質與效能。-熟悉 Spark、Kafka、Airflow 等技術，能審視設計合理性。-建立 Data Ops 機制（pipeline 監控、版本控制、CI/CD）。3. 資料分析與決策支持-建立指標、儀表板、BI 工具，支援產品/營運/行銷決策。-推動 A/B test、數據實驗與行為分析模型。-確保分析方法與統計口徑一致。4. 資料治理與跨部門推動-建立資料定義、權限、品質管理制度。-協調跨團隊需求，確保策略與技術執行一致。5. 團隊管理-管理 Data Eng / Analyst / Scientist / BI 團隊。-制定團隊能力矩陣、技術標準與發展路線。

工作內容：1、負責公司（支付站/券商中後台/交易組件）項目的核心架構和編碼工作；2、協調開發團隊內部及和上下游團隊的緊密協作，制定清晰的開發計劃；3、主導業務平台架構搭建，制定各項研發規範，搭建基礎研發環境，推動架構的演化和發展；4、主持技術相關工作，包括前後端開發、測試、部署、上線，參與核心程序模塊的編寫；5、為團隊引入創新的技術、創新的解決方案，用創新的思路解決問題；6、負責團隊的建設、激勵、考評、培養，持續提升團隊工作熱情、工作質量和工作效率；7、把控開發過程以及關鍵技術的攻關，發現和解決存在的技術問題。
