Main Tasks: - Coordinating with other PCM team members to support daily tasks assigned (Plans route, allocate shipments against available capacity under “best cost” – “ best service” concept…) - Doing tasks in Cargo-Wise (CW1)- DHL specified application, Carrier Booking Flatforms.. - Supporting to maintain internal system (Carrier Surcharges, MTS System..) - Follow up with other Teams within AFR Department (Customer service, Operations, Handling at airport..) to complete shipment tasks - Track-T

Main Tasks: Received bookings from customers/ freight team to handle shipments Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services Do data entry and cross-check Customs Documents Upload documents to VNACCS system Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers' system. Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD) Support billing process Other reports

Main Responsibilities: Handle customer requirements indicated in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Timely & amicable settlement of customer issues. Check & make sure that clear and correct details are received from the customer at the booking stage. Coordinate with relevant parties (Customer/Carrier/Network) to arrange Booking/Trucking. Update information in the core system. Arrange documents (SI/VGM/FCR/Draft BL processing & checking) & Billing. Arrange document collection & upload. Provide s
