1. 機房網路設備相關 Router、Switch、Firewall 等維護管理經驗。2. 負責維護管理集團所有網路與控管。3. 熟悉TCP/IP基本原理。4. 執行主管交辦的工作事項。5. 需輪班值機待命。6. 用戶端電腦障礙排除。7. 自主性高且具執行力及問題解決能力。8. 具工作熱忱及認真負責的敬業精神。加分條件- Server LoadBalance、Bandwidth LoadBalance 管理經驗。- Site to Site VPN、SSLVPN、WAF、動/靜態路由協定建置經驗。- CCNA。

o Design and implement LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud network architecture.o Maintain and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).o Monitor network performance, usage, and reliability using network monitoring tools.o Manage network security configurations including firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, and IDS/IPS systems.o Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation.o Support hybrid cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure secure connectivity.

1. Maintain high levels of service continuity on Hybrid Cloud for external customer. 2. Perform network operation of configuration, capacity, access, performance and security management. 3. To provide telephone/remote and on-site 2nd level technical support for Cisco/Juniper/F5/Fortigate devices on an on-call basis within a team 4. To troubleshoot logged faults in order to accurately isolate the cause and provide working solutions, and monitor progress against customer SLAs. 5. SRE/Programming skill is a plus.
