We are opening a paid 6-month internship program for highly motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on exposure to fast-growing businesses, market dynamics, talent strategy, and professional communication across various industries.Through this program, interns will work closely with Recruitment Consultants in supporting both business development and executive search projects for multiple companies, ranging from startups to established businesses across different sectors.Unlike conventional internships that focus mainly on administrative or repetitive tasks, this program provides direct exposure to how businesses grow, hire, and compete across industries.Here is what your daily responsibilities will look like:Conduct market and industry research to identify business expansion, hiring activities, and talent movement across various sectorsSupport talent mapping and market intelligence projects for executive search and business development initiativesIdentify and engage with experienced professionals, business leaders, and key stakeholders across multiple industriesSupport pipeline growth through strategic outreach, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building initiativesCollaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants on top-funnel activities across executive search and client acquisition projects
