Job Intro
We are seeking a marketing leader to take full ownership of Cake’s brand and SaaS growth strategy. Positioning us as Asia's leading AI talent platform, this role champions diverse B2B and B2C product lines to seamlessly bridge enterprise and consumer ecosystems. Balancing high-impact brand building with full-funnel performance, your mission is to drive brand influence and user acquisition across Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Content SEO, Video, Social Media, PR, and Campaigns. As the regional leader, you will empower a 15–20 person cross-cultural team across Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Responsibilities
Translate commercial goals into clear marketing directions, utilizing OGSM (Objective, Goal, Strategy, Measure) frameworks to design and drive high-impact activations that support company-wide targets.Drive full-funnel SaaS growth by applying a growth mindset to optimize B2B and B2C channels, continuously maximizing user acquisition and deep Product-Market Fit (PMF).Sustain brand growth in TW while driving localized GTM in VN and ID through an MVP-driven partnership mindset, creative narratives, and resource integration—moving beyond traditional, agency-heavy approaches.Lead and empower a 15–20 person multidisciplinary team across TW, VN, and ID, overseeing resource and manpower allocation through effective collaboration.
