JOB DESCRIPTION: Membuat, menulis (script), merekam, dan mengedit konten short-form yang menarik (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).Berkolaborasi langsung dengan influencer dan talent untuk memproduksi konten yang sesuai dengan brand.Melakukan editing menggunakan tools seperti CapCut, VN, Canva, atau Adobe (nilai plus).Melakukan riset tren, audio, dan hashtag untuk menemukan peluang konten viral.Brainstorming dan mengeksekusi ide-ide kreatif yang selaras dengan tone dan identitas visual Mom Baby Brand.Memastikan seluruh konten memenuhi standar brand dari segi estetika, tone, dan storytelling.Mampu membuat konten yang menggabungkan storytelling, pengetahuan produk, dan format berbasis tren untuk meningkatkan engagement audiens.Mengambil konten behind-the-scenes serta mengatur dan mendokumentasikan proses shooting harian (menggunakan setup mobile diperbolehkan).

Job Description Address issues and complaints from the I market using online chat, social media, and other communication tools.Respond to questions about products, services, or orders, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory solutions.Establish close relationships with new and existing customers via chat tools and email.Engage in friendly and professional interactions to build customer trust in the company and deliver an excellent customer service experience.According to company guidelines, handle product-related inquiries, complaints, or issues through email or online channels.

Responsibilities: Deploy various application services and perform daily operations to ensure service availability and stability. Monitor business systems daily, respond promptly to issues, and document incident reports to ensure smooth operations and preparedness for emergencies. Perform system patching, disaster recovery, data backup, and storage management to ensure system security and recoverability. Assist in the development and improvement of deployment and maintenance processes to enhance service quality and efficiency. Manage and maintain servers, databases, web services, and other systems in development and testing environments. Build and continuously optimize operating systems and monitoring systems, including simple web page modifications and statistical data integration. Requirements: Experienced in configuring LNMP architecture (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) and Nginx configuration files. Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware issues. Experienced in using cloud-based virtual machines (AWS/GCP/Azure). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Must be willing to work overseas and have an active passport (only shortlisted will be contacted).
