Senior Editor Motion Designer chịu trách nhiệm dẫn dắt chất lượng video editing và phát triển ngôn ngữ motion cho thương hiệu MoMo trên tất cả các touchpoint. Vị trí này lấy editing làm trọng tâm – đảm bảo mọi sản phẩm video có nhịp cắt sắc bén, storytelling mạch lạc, cảm xúc đúng – đồng thời kết hợp motion design để nâng tầm trải nghiệm thương hiệu. Ứng viên chủ động ứng dụng AI vào workflow để tối ưu hiệu suất là điểm cộng.Mô tả công việcEditing (50%)Dựng và biên tập video từ footage thực tế (behind-the-scenes, event internal, phỏng vấn, social content) cho các campaign nội bộ và sản phẩm hằng ngày.Đảm bảo nhịp cắt, pacing, storytelling rõ ràng, truyền tải đúng thông điệp và cảm xúc thương hiệu.Xử lý color grading cơ bản, audio mixing, sound design, chèn nhạc và voice-over phù hợp.Dựng video đa dạng format: social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), digital ads, TVC cutdown, in-app video, event screen, OOH LED.Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Production team trong các campaign có quay chụp: lên kế hoạch edit, quản lý footage, tổ chức asset.Review và QC sản phẩm video của team vendor, đảm bảo output đúng brief, đúng brand standard và chất lượng kỹ thuật.Chủ động đề xuất cách kể chuyện, cấu trúc video và nhịp cắt mới để nâng tầm brand experience.Motion Design (40%)Thiết kế và triển khai motion 2D cho các asset thương hiệu: social content, digital ads, in-app animation, event screen.Xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển brand motion system: animation principles, motion guideline, timing, easing, transition.Đảm bảo sản phẩm motion tuân thủ Brand Guideline / Motion Guideline, thể hiện đúng Brand Image và đồng bộ giữa các asset.Tự triển khai concept motion từ visual tĩnh; tạo chuyển động có câu chuyện, nhịp điệu hợp lý, không hiệu ứng trang trí dư thừa.Phối hợp với Marketing, Creative, Art/Designer để đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong ngôn ngữ motion.Hướng dẫn, góp ý và nâng cao chất lượng motion output của Mid/Junior và đối tác.Ứng dụng AI (10%)Chủ động cập nhật xu hướng AI và ứng dụng vào workflow editing motion (generate video, image, music, voice…).Đề xuất và thử nghiệm các công cụ AI nhằm tối ưu thời gian sản xuất và nâng cao chất lượng đầu ra.Yêu cầu công việc5+ năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Senior Editor, Senior Motion Designer hoặc kết hợp cả hai (in-house hoặc agency).Thành thạo Adobe Premiere Pro (or CapCut): timeline management, multicam, color grading cơ bản, audio editing.Thành thạo Adobe After Effects cho motion 2D: quản lý layer, effect, workflow.Sử dụng tốt các công cụ hỗ trợ production: Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, CapCut (hoặc tương đương).Am hiểu sâu về storytelling, nhịp cắt, pacing – đây là năng lực cốt lõi của vị trí.Tư duy motion định hướng sản phẩm thương hiệu, đề cao trải nghiệm người dùng.Có khả năng ứng dụng AI vào workflow; không yêu cầu tool cố định, ưu tiên tư duy ứng dụng.Tinh thần ownership, chủ động và chịu trách nhiệm cao với chất lượng đầu ra.Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, feedback và quản lý deadline tốt.
