Senior Motion Designer chịu trách nhiệm dẫn dắt và phát triển ngôn ngữ motion cho thương hiệu MoMo trên tất cả các touchpoint. Vị trí này đảm bảo motion không chỉ đẹp mà còn đúng brand, rõ thông điệp, cảm xúc, và hoạt động hiệu quả trong hệ sinh thái sản phẩm – marketing.Mô tả công việcXây dựng, duy trì và phát triển brand motion system: animation principles, motion guideline, timing, easing, transition. Đảm bảo sản phẩm motion tuân thủ Brand Guideline / Motion Guideline, thể hiện đúng Brand Image và đồng bộ giữa các asset.Thiết kế motion đa dạng, từ 2d đến video editor…cho sản phẩm hằng ngày đến các chiến dịch lớn của công tySản xuất motion cho đa dạng nền tảng: social, digital ads, OOH LED, in-app, event screen….Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Marketing, Creative, Art/Designer, Motion team để đảm bảo tính nhất quán.Phối hợp hiệu quả với Editor/Production trong các campaign có quay chụp footage thực tế.Review, nâng cao chất lượng motion output của team/vendor theo brand standard.Chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng motion mới, cách kể chuyện bằng chuyển động để nâng tầm brand experience.Làm việc với freelancers khi cần, đảm bảo output đúng brief và chất lượng.Tối ưu resource (thời gian, asset, nhân lực, tool) để giải quyết bài toán motion trong điều kiện hạn chế; đưa ra giải pháp thực tế, hiệu quả, đúng mục tiêu.Yêu cầu công việc5–7+ năm kinh nghiệm Motion Design, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm brand / campaign / in-house.Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng ngành thiết kế đồ họa, hoặc ngành học liên quan.Nắm vững Thành thạo Adobe After Effects cho motion 2D (quản lý layer, effect, workflow). Có kinh nghiệm với Blender là lợi thế.Có khả năng ứng dụng AI vào workflow motion (generate video, image, music, voice…); không yêu cầu tool cố định, ưu tiên tư duy ứng dụng.Sử dụng tốt các công cụ hỗ trợ production như Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, CapCut (hoặc tương đương).Hiểu rõ motion typography, transition, timing, visual storytelling. Từng làm Editor hoặc am hiểu dựng video, nhịp cắt và storytelling là 1 lợi thế.Có tư duy brand-first, biết kiểm soát cảm xúc chuyển động, không chỉ làm kỹ xảo.Có khả năng tự triển khai concept motion từ visual tĩnh.Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, feedback và quản lý deadline tốt.Kinh nghiệm xây dựng motion system cho thương hiệu lớn.Từng làm trong lĩnh vực fintech, tech, consumer app là lợi thế.Có khả năng mentoring junior motion designer.
