懂封包、愛玩設備?來當網管軟體開發團隊的「網路專家」! 👋 這個職位在做什麼? 我們是開發網路管理系統 (NMS) 的軟體團隊。這意味著,我們比誰都更需要懂網路底層邏輯的人! 你不需要整天跑機房拉線,也不用處理辦公室印表機卡紙。你的任務是擔任**「軟體開發」與「真實網路設備」**之間的橋樑。你需要搭建各種網路實驗環境,測試我們的軟體能不能準確抓到設備資訊,並協助經銷商 (SI) 解決「為什麼這台 Switch 監控不到?」這類的技術鬼故事。 🛠 你的日常任務 (Mission) 打造網路實驗室: 負責維護公司的 Lab 環境,架設各種品牌(Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet 等)的 Switch、Router、Firewall,模擬客戶的真實環境。軟體產品測試與驗證: 測試我們的網管軟體是否能正確透過 SNMP, SSH, API 等方式與設備溝通。你是產品上線前的最後一道防線!技術支援最強後盾: 當第一線的 SI 或業務遇到搞不定的網路技術問題時(例如:VLAN 設錯、Routing 不通、SNMP Timeout),你是負責 Debug 的那個人。與開發團隊協作: 告訴軟體工程師真實的網路設備是怎麼運作的,協助他們理解 MIB、NetFlow 或各種網路協定。 🤓 我們在找這樣的你 (Requirements) ✅ 必備技能 (Must-Haves) 紮實的網路基本功:熟悉 TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing (OSPF/BGP), Subnetting。如果你有 CCNA 或同等能力的證照/知識,那是基本門票。熟悉網路設備操作:摸過 Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet 或其他主流品牌設備,會下 CLI 指令,看得懂 Config。懂「監控」與「協定」:知道什麼是 SNMP (v2c/v3)、Syslog、NetFlow/sFlow。這是我們產品的核心,你需要知道這些東西怎麼設、怎麼看。Linux 基礎:我們的系統多半跑在 Linux 上,你需要不排斥黑底白字的終端機,會基本的 ls, grep, vi, top 等指令。 🚀 加分項目 (Nice-to-Haves) 會一點 Scripting (Python/Shell): 如果你會寫 Python 透過 Netmiko/Paramiko 自動化撈資料,或者用 Ansible 管理設備,我們會超級愛你(這也是未來的趨勢!)。雲端或虛擬化經驗: 玩過 VMware, Proxmox,或是懂 AWS/GCP 的網路架構。資安概念: 懂一點 Firewall 規則、VPN 設定。 🎁 來這裡的好處 (Why Us?) 脫離苦力活: 不用像 SI 工程師一樣天天跑外務扛設備,我們更專注於「技術原理」的研究。跨領域成長: 你會與軟體開發、AI 團隊密切合作,這是一個從「純網路工程師」轉型為 NetDevOps 或 SRE 的絕佳跳板。玩到各種設備: 為了測試軟體,我們有各種廠牌的設備讓你研究與惡搞(誤)。 我們尋找對網路技術有熱情,喜歡追根究底解決問題的工程師。 【必要條件】 熟悉網路通訊協定 (TCP/IP, SNMP, ARP, ICMP)。具備 Switch / Router / Firewall (Cisco, Fortinet 等) 設定與除錯經驗。熟悉 Linux 基礎操作指令。具備良好的邏輯分析能力,能獨立排查網路故障原因。 【加分條件】 具備 CCNA / CCNP 證照。具備 Python 或 Shell Script 撰寫能力。具備虛擬化環境 (VMware/KVM) 架設經驗。對 AI 或軟體開發流程有興趣。
